We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, so we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

🔄 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To report an issue, email us at ousfian1@gmail.com  with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

If your claim is approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

🚫 Returns

We do not accept returns of any products unless they are defective or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

❌ Non-returnable Items

All items are custom-made and are considered final sale, except in cases of damage or errors.

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will replace the item if eligible.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, but only if the item has not been produced or shipped yet.
